Product Description
Calcined bauxite is produced by sintering/calcining with natural bauxite ore of low iron, low alkali at temperatures of 1600 - 1800 degree Celsius in the rotary kiln or round kiln through pre-heationg, calcination, cooling and other processes. During Calcining, it can be removed impurities and improving the content of alumina. Refractory grade bauxite has high refractoriness, good mechanical strength and moderate slag resistance. Therefore calcined bauxite is one of the most important raw materials for the production of shaped and unshaped refractories for the steel industry, foundries, glass and cement plants.

Application
1.Aluminium and metallurgical industry. Used for national defense, aviation, automobile, electrical appliances, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc.
2.Precision casting. Bauxite clinker processing into fine powder made of mold after casting.Used in military industry, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment departments.
3.Refractory industry: refractoriness of high quality rotary kiln bauxite can reach 1780°C with strong chemical stability and good physical properties.
4.Silicic acid aluminium firefibre. It has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity and mechanical vibration resistance.Used in iron and steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical industry, aerospace, atomic energy, national defense and other industries.It is the high aluminum clinker into the melting temperature of about 2000 ~ 2200ºC in the high temperature arc furnace, after high temperature melting, high pressure and high speed air or steam spray, cooling, became white "cotton" -- aluminum silicate refractory fiber.It can be pressed into fiber blanket, board or woven cloth instead of smelting, chemical, glass and other industrial high temperature furnace lining firebrick.Firemen can make clothes out of refractory fabric.
5.Mixed with magnesium oxide,it can be an nice bonding agent,especially for pouring entire steel teeming ladle lining.
6.Manufacture bauxite cement,grinding abrasives.ceramic industry,and chemical industry for making aluminium compounds.
7. The manufacture of fired and monolithic refractory products.
8. Chemistry industry for all kinds of aluminium compound.
